  1. My dad took Thalidomide for Multiple Myeloma and I was stunned when he brought it home. Knowing the destructive history of the drug, I didn’t even want to be around it. The article says it often gave patients 18 months longer – I didn’t find that to be true. I think it’s an awful drug and should not be used.
    As for that “apology” — disgusting!!
