One of the most important things to know is that you don’t get cancer just because you have the gene. Science has now proven, though it is generally unreported, that your lifestyle is far more important than the gene. If you eat a plant-based diet and exercise adequately, you can lessen the impact of the gene. Dr. T. Colin Campbell and Dr. McDougall both hold this to be true.
