N.Y. Judge dismisses DES Case for failure to identify Drug Manufacturer A New York federal judge has adopted a magistrate judge’s recommendation that claims brought against several drug makers in a diethylstilbestrol injury case be dismissed because the plaintiff could not establish which defendant manufactured the DES taken by her mother.

  1. This is so very typical, isn’t it? I wonder if he would have a different view should he himself or a member of his family have been affected by this? Would he then be using common sense in his judgement? It makes the whole justice system a farce at times!
