Thank you Judith 🙂
I wish some one had given me a clue back then! I had and continue to have such a difficult time with hot flashes. I am 8 years post-menopause. I still get hot flashes. They have been so bad that 2 years ago I went on HRT. None of the natural stuff worked for me. I know being on HRT is dangerous for me, but I was having upwards of 50 hot flashes a day. I would barely get over one and the next one would start. And yes, even on HRT I still get them on occasion. I did find that giving up caffeine helped a lot. I also don’t drink, but I had tried it all before making this decision. My doctor will only let me stay on for five years. Don’t know what I’m going to do when I go off. I hope it won’t be too bad. I really believe the DES is the cause of my hormone issues.
Thanks Dianne
