Pharmaceutical Pinball

Pharmaceuticals destroy your health in the long run. Say no to Big Pharma’s dangerous medications and look to foods, nutrients, herbal remedies and informed lifestyle choices to take care of your health instead

Stop playing pharmaceutical pinball. No matter how much medication you take, you never win. Only the drug companies win, and the longer you play, the more they win (and the more you lose) – @HealthRanger

There’s a pervasive (but false) idea in western medicine that the more pharmaceuticals you take, the healthier you’ll get. That’s how pharmaceuticals are marketed, in fact: Take these pills if you want to be healthier!

… In the real world, the game of pharmaceutical pinball is destroying people’s health and lives. People get put on one drug for one symptom, and then that drug causes three more symptoms. Then the patient goes to the doctor who medicates those three new symptoms with three more drugs. This silly cycle of drug “treatments” leading to yet more side effects continues until the patient either runs out of money or dies from the side effects of the medications (heart attack, liver failure, stroke, etc.)…

The Truth about Chemotherapy and the Cancer Industry

The truth about chemotherapy and the cancer industry, a #comics by @HealthRanger on Flickr
The truth about chemotherapy and the cancer industry via @HealthRanger

Patrick Swayze’s death came as a shock to many people. But not to his own cancer doctor: they know that the five-year survival rates of people being treated with chemotherapy for pancreatic cancer are virtually zero. And Swayze was only the latest in a long list of celebrities dying after being treated with chemotherapy and other toxic forms of western medicine…

… The reason so many celebrities are harmed or killed by the cancer industry is quite simple: the cancer industry is a for-profit business. It makes money by treating cancer, not by curing or preventing cancer…

Smoke for the Cure

Can we cure cancer by going shopping?

I couldn’t let October’s Breast Cancer Awareness (but not prevention) Month come to a close without posting a satire cartoon exposing all the pinkwashing we’ve seen that month. You can buy everything in pink these days, from bottled water to fried chicken, alcohol and even handguns. So why not cigarettes? All these pink products claim to give some mystery percentage of “net profits” (which could be zero if the company isn’t profitable) to “find a cure for cancer” (a ridiculous proposition since we already have natural cures for cancer).

It’s all part of the cancer industry’s brainwashing propaganda that tries to convince people that we can cure cancer by going shopping!

America Today

Six big problems, why they threaten the future of America

03. America_Today_600” There are a great many reasons to love America. For one thing, Freedom of Speech remains largely intact in the USA (although the FDA has struck a serious blow to the principle with its ongoing censorship of free speech about nutritional supplements). We also have a diverse culture of people who are by and large friendly people. This was brought home to me recently when I was traveling through the Gulf Coast region, talking to people on the street about the BP oil spill. Virtually everyone was friendly, and I found I could walk right up to all sorts of people — from the country fisherman in Biloxi Mississippi to the street-drumming entertainers in New Orleans — and they were all happy to chat. “

” America offers a lot to be thankful for, but there are also some serious problems that are eroding the very things that make America great. Those problems are the subject of Mike’s CounterThink Cartoon called America Today which portrays six of the most serious problems threatening America’s future. “

  1. Medicated Drivers
  2. Counterfeit Money Supply
  3. Zombie Population
  4. Washington Whores
  5. Gunpoint Medicine
  6. Toxic Food Supply

Read America Today by Mike Adams, the Health Ranger, who ” explains each of these six big problems and why they threaten the future of America as we know it. “

Adderall and Ritalin v. Meth

The double standard in American’s drug policy towards children

” … This cartoon is about Ritalin and Adderall, the two most popular amphetamine stimulant drugs used to “treat” ADHD in children. It attempts to demonstrate the double standard in American’s drug policy towards children by showing how corporate-sponsored drugs are openly and widely prescribed to children as medicine, while home-made drugs are classified as dangerous substances that will land you in prison (even if two drugs are chemically identical!)…

Adderall vs. Meth
The double standard in American’s drug policy towards children.

… I believe it is time we abolished the industry of psychiatry and its disastrous “treatment” of children with dangerous, mind-altering chemicals. If we continue to allow these profit-minded psych doctors to drug an entire generation with amphetamines, the long-term consequences to society will no doubt be devastating. Children do not need mind-altering drugs to demonstrate normal, balanced behavior. They simply need honest nutrition, responsible parenting and to be kept away from refined sugars, petrochemical food additives and processed foods.”

Partnership for a Drug-Free America

Dan Berger is Cartoonist behind Natural News

Mike Adams, the Health Ranger says:

… The so-called War on Drugs, it turns out, is a very selective war that targets only those drugs that don’t make money for Big Pharma. Street drug chemicals, when packaged as medications, are openly allowed to be consumed by infants as young as six months old (under doctor’s orders, no less!), and there’s even an effort underway now to drug expectant mothers with antidepressant drugs just to ensure their children aren’t born with depression. That’s called “preventive medicine”.

The War on Drugs completely ignores the drug companies, even when teen abuse of prescription drugs is widespread and highly dangerous. Doped up on Ritalin, Oxycontin, SSRIs and other dangerous mind-altering drugs, millions of teens are becoming prescription drug addicts… Continue reading: Partnership for a Drug-Free America

What the Drug Companies really want

How the drug companies REALLY want to sell pharmaceuticals…

Mike Adams, the Health Ranger says:

” Ever wonder how the drug companies REALLY want to sell pharmaceuticals? Here’s the answer: Through vending machines! Bypass the doctors, advertise drugs directly to consumers, and get them to insert their credit cards into drug-dispensing machines that pretend to “diagnose” diseases by asking people to take an instant survey… ”

The FDA Conflicts of Interest

Dan Berger is Cartoonist behind Natural News

Mike Adams, the Health Ranger says:

Over the last decade or so, the FDA has quietly become an agent of organized scientific fraud designed to promote the profits of drug companies at the expense of public health. One of the ways this is accomplished is by rigging drug review panels with industry “experts” who maintain financial ties to pharmaceutical companies.

All FDA drug review panels have members with such ties, and the FDA insists it has no obligation to disclose the ties. In fact, virtually everyone in conventional medicine insists they are all immune to influence from pharmaceutical companies, even as they act in a manner consistent with extreme influence… ” Continue reading: Conflicts of Interest
