Companies making BPA and the FDA, claim that the substance is safe if used sensibly. But others aren’t so sure.

Two weeks ago, California had become the latest state to place restrictions on the chemical known as Bisphenol-A,  a controversial chemical used in plastics and metal food containers, and declare it a reproductive toxicant – ref post California decides chemical BPA is toxic. However, as part of a lawsuit against a California agency, a judge ordered Friday April 19, 2013 that BPA  be removed from the state’s list of reproductive toxicants.

    California just added BPA to the list of toxins and a judge removes it? Please read this controversial decision. I live in California, and there is a rise in blood cancers, and we need to find out the cause. We do not need more toxins in our environment, we need less.
